Vintage Glass Replacement Marbles Rr Railroad Stop SignThis auction is for 12 replacement glass marbles that i think came out of old railroad crossbucks or stop signs. Came frmo the estate of a man that retired from the rr after 45 years as a signal maintainer. These are 5/8x5/8 and are all glass with the bottom painted a reflective white. There are no screw threads on these and they look like they have a small notch that either twists or pushes into the hole in the sign. I have no idea what else these could be from as i also have some that are 7/8x7/8 on another auction. If you have a need for these as your sign has broken or missing marbles, these could prove to be worth every cent you pay. These marbled reflective signs rae highly prized collectibles and there are very few on the market today. These may make your nice sign an amazing sign just by filling the ugly holes left by missing or damaged marbles! There is no reserve no this auction, and bidding begins at $4.99.
