Vintage Original Signed Art Railroad Train Steam EngineVintage original art. Signed rfh. 17 x 19. Excellent condition. I'm not an art expert, but you can definitely tell that this is an original piece. You can see the white paint marks on the black background. It is in excellent condition and is signed in the lower right corner, rfh. There is a label on the backside that reads, yale picture frames ~ color prints and oil paintings ~ union, n. J. ~ phone 687-5383. Teh wooden frame is in good condition with only one scratched place on the topside. I haven't cleaned it ni any way. The art is covered with glass.
